You will receive a text reminder on the day of your trip a few minutes before the arrival of your driver, it will be sent to the mobile phone number you provided when you made your booking. This text message will contain the contact details of your driver as well as some tips to help you to find him/her.
If you do not receive the message, you can contact the transport company hotline on the number provided in your confirmation e-mail.
Meeting point with your driver
For trips arriving at an SNCF station, your driver will wait for you at the departure address given in your online booking.
For trips leaving from an SNCF station, your driver will wait for you at the relevant meeting point for the specific station. This will be communicated to you in a confirmation e-mail or it will be in the document specifying the stations that qualify for the service.
Please go to the meeting point immediately, your driver will not wait for you longer than 10 minutes after the requested time in your booking.
If you are travelling on a train that is late, your driver will wait for you longer if necessary, or another driver will be sent if the delay is too long.
Due to unforeseen events (traffic jams, parking conditions) your driver may exceptionally be a few minutes late.
If so, we ask our customers to wait for at least 10 minutes at the meeting point as your driver will not be regarded as late if he arrives within that timeframe.

- There are 4 seats available in the vehicle.
- You may take up to 2 large suitcases and 2 pieces of hand luggage.
- Small pets (6 kg max) may be transported in a bag or cage made for this purpose.
